Memorial Day was historically known as Decoration Day. It is the year to acknowledge and mark the sacrifices of all the military men and women who were martyred for the United States of America. The Memorial Weekend would occur from 24th – 27th May this year. Generally, Memorial Day is a 3-Day Public Holiday in which schools and most of the businesses are closed.
